Purpose and Service Limits

This is a private records-reference website. It does not store official Garza County records, confirm live custody, release a person, post a bond, or file a document with a public office. It directs visitors to county, court, corrections, and third-party research resources.

Texas Government Code Chapter 552 governs public-information requests to the appropriate public custodian. Those records are not held or issued by this site. A visitor is responsible for using the official office and process that applies to the particular record sought.

Acceptable Use

Visitors must use the site lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not violate a law while using the site or an external link.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten a person.
• Do not use site content to make decisions about hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or a similar regulated purpose.
• Do not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection methods without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the site or another visitor’s access to it.

No Consumer Reports

Garza County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor advertising partners supplies a screening service. By using the site, a visitor agrees not to use information from it or a linked tool for FCRA-regulated purposes.

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant or housing screening
• Creditworthiness decisions or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act

External Resources

Links may lead to sheriff, jail, court, corrections, government, legal-aid, locator, and outside search resources. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside service’s content, privacy practices, data, pricing, availability, or terms, so visitors should review those materials directly.

Information Provided As Is

All content and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status of information
• Uninterrupted or timely access to the site
• An error-free, bug-free, or security-vulnerability-free service
• The completeness or usefulness of a partner’s search result

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on the site is an official statement by the Garza County Sheriff’s Office, a court, or another government agency.

To the fullest extent Texas law permits, Garza County Busted Mugshots and its owners, partners, and providers are not liable for losses or damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site or an external service.

Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Garza County Busted Mugshots, its owners, partners, and providers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s use of the site or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless an item identifies another owner, the site’s text, graphics, logos, design, and code are owned by Garza County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without written permission, except as applicable law allows.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page.

Access May Be Revoked

We may limit, suspend, or end access to the site at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Texas Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute related to the site must be brought in a court located within Texas, unless applicable law requires another venue.

Severability

If a court finds a provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
