The clerk is the official contact for felony docket and copy questions in the 106th Judicial District Court. Use the District and County Clerk page for current clerk details, the clerk open-records page for filed-record request methods, and the 293rd Judicial District Court record-search landing page where its jurisdiction fits. Texas has no single portal for every trial-court case, so verify the court and cause number before relying on a search result.
State, Federal, and Immigration Custody
A Garza County booking is not the same as state, federal, or immigration custody. For a sentenced Texas prisoner, start with Texas Department of Criminal Justice Inmate Information and its online offender search. Record or photo requests held by TDCJ belong with the TDCJ public-information process, not the county jail.
For federal custody, use the official Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator. For immigration custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, which has its own search limits. Neither locator is a Garza County booking-photo source.
